TITLE IX PROCEDURES & PERSONNEL
Westfall Local School District prohibits discrimination, including sexual harassment, on the basis of race, color, age, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, ancestry, national origin, marital status, parenting status, pregnancy or handicap/disability in its activities, programs or employment practices.
The following board policies directly address nondiscrimination, nondiscrimination on the basis of sex, sexual harassment, and the sexual harassment grievance process as outlined in Title IX.
In compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendment Act of 1972, the District has a designated Title IX Coordinator for Employees, Students, and Athletics.
The District’s Title IX Coordinator should be contacted regarding any inquiries as to the application of Title IX or filing a harassment complaint.
In addition, the district has identified the following personnel to execute key roles in the investigation and resolution of Title IX complaints.
