If you have concerns about your three-year-old child's speech, behavior, or learning, you may also complete this form for a screening. Please include your concerns.
Completing this interest form places your child on the waitlist for the 2024-2025 school year. It DOES NOT GUARANTEE enrollment into our Preschool Program.
