Our Future Problem Solvers are exploring the world of Entomophagy or the practice of eating INSECTS! As they worked toward a solution to make Entomophagy more acceptable, they had the opportunity to try some roasted crickets. Much to their surprise, they discovered they weren't as bad as they initially thought and were packed with health benefits such as prebiotics, protein, and fiber!

DARE Officer Pete Bowers introduced six high school students to the 7th-grade class to have open conversations on the benefits of staying drug-free and the importance of valuing yourself, choosing your friends wisely and representing yourself in a positive way.
