Congratulations to Sharon Link for being presented with Sunny 95 and CME Federal Credit Union Hometown Hero Award! Nominated by co-worker Devon Ryan, Sharon is a true servant of the Westfall community. She works tirelessly as a high school special education teacher, collaborating with others to improve access for her students. She volunteers with the athletics program for fundraising and volunteers before school with the Pickaway County Homeless Shelter. On top of all this, Sharon is integral to the functioning of Westfall CARES, which serves families in the school district that face food insecurity. Thank you for all you do for the community and our #mustangfamily, Sharon! You truly are our "Hometown Hero!"

Students explored Black History through the lens of groundbreaking leaders and their direct impact on bringing equality for African Americans worldwide. As Black History Month comes to an end, we continue to remember those who paved the way for equality and celebrate those who carry on their legacies.
