Our preschoolers had an exciting day learning about bus safety! They practiced getting on and off the bus, learned the importance of staying seated, and even met some of our friendly bus drivers. Great job, Mustangs! Safety first!

GREAT NEWS! THE MOBILE DENTIST IS COMING BACK!
Our school has again collaborated with Smile Programs, the Mobile Dentists, to offer in-school dental care. The Mobile Dentists will visit Westfall Elementary School on September 26 & 27. During this visit, they will offer restorative treatment (i.e., cavity fillings, etc.)
You can sign up for your child today at https://www.myschooldentist.com/32632_sch. Permission slips are also being sent home with students and must be completed and returned by September 20.
Dental care includes a complete dental exam, x-rays, cleaning, fluoride, sealants when necessary, and sometimes restorative care such as fillings.

Thank you to Anne's Smiles for their wonderful donation and rapid delivery of supplies for the school year! Westfall Elementary recently contacted Anne's Smiles with a request to help over twenty students in need, and they delivered everything in only a few short days! They donated school supplies, backpacks, shoes, socks, and hygiene bags for each student. Anne's Smiles is an organization that provides shoes, clothes, comfort, and joy to those in need. Join us in celebrating Preschool Graduation on Wednesday, May 22, at 5:30 PM in the WES cafetorium. Students must report to the music room (behind the stage) at 5:15 PM.
REMINDER: Westfall Local Schools will have a 2-hour early dismissal for students on Thursday, May 23, to kick off summer break!
Students will be dismissed at the following times:
High School: 12:30 PM
Middle School: 12:30 PM
Elementary School: 1:30 PM
Tomorrow is Career Day at Westfall Elementary! As we gear up for an exciting day, we would like to share some important information with families. The morning car rider drop-off will be out front by the kindergarten/1st-grade wing. See map for details. Afternoon car rider pick-up will not be affected.
Please note: Some of our presenters on Career Day are First Responders and Emergency Medical Personnel, and these vehicles will be present on campus during student drop-off. Please do not be alarmed if you see an emergency medical vehicle on campus tomorrow.
